Conference Registration

The registration fee covers relevant conference sessions, refreshments, lunch on the day of the session(s), social programme and documentation and a two-year subscription to Seatrade Cruise Review starting with the December issue. Please note lunch will not be served on Thursday 11 December 2008. Registered delegates will have access to the exhibition on all three days free of charge with their delegate badge.
Discounts
*Exhibitors registering for the conference will receive a 50% discount on all conference fees. To receive the discount, please enter your stand number when registering.
*Members of ASSOMARINAS will receive a 15% discount on the Superyacht conference session. To receive the discount, please tick the appropriate box when registering.

Registering with payment by cheque or bank transfer
If you are registering for the conference and paying by company cheque or bank transfer, please complete the online registration form and leave the payment section blank. On receipt of the submitted form an invoice will be raised. Payment must be received by 9 October 2008 for registrations at the 'Early Bird' rate.
Exhibition
Registered delegates will have access to the exhibition on all three days with their delegate badge free of charge.
Delegate badges
Delegate badges will be mailed to attendees who register before Friday 31 October 2008. Delegate badges for registrations received on or after 1 November 2008 will be printed at the delegate registration desk onsite. If you have not received your badge before the event, a duplicate badge can be printed on site. Please bring correspondence confirming your registration by Seatrade and business identification when collecting your badge.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend you can send a colleague in your place but you must inform us of the change before the event. If you have to cancel, we will refund your conference fee after the event, less a 20% administration charge if your cancellation is received by Friday 7 November 2008. Cancellations after Friday 7 November 2008 will not be refunded.
The organisers of the Seatrade Med Cruise and Superyacht Convention reserve the right to make alterations and additions to the conference programme.
