Secure your exhibition space by selecting a package below to suit your requirements. Booking early means you could benefit from early-bird prices AND choose a prime position on the exhibition floor!

There are THREE exhibitor packages to choose from:

1) Shell Scheme (min 12sqm)

2) Space Only (min 32 sqm)

3) New Supplier Zone (8 sqm)

ALL exhibitors receive the following:

• 50-word corporate profile & preferential rates on advertising in the event catalogue
• Digital visitor ticket to distribute to clients
• Discounted conference rates
• Invitations to selected social events
• Two-year subscription to Seatrade Cruise Review
• Early bird discount applies to bookings received by 30 March 2012


1) Standard Shell Scheme Package (minimum 12 sqm)


Full rate: €475 per square metre + TVA @ 19.6%

Early bird*: €430 per square metre + TVA @ 19.6%



This package includes (per 12sqm) white stand walls, fascia board with company name & stand number, carpet, 2 x rack of 2 spotlights, 1 x 2,200 watts socket, 1 table & 2 chairs, stand cleaning.

2) Space only (minimum 32 sqm)


Full rate: €415 per square metre + TVA @ 19.6%

Early bird*: €385 per square metre + TVA @ 19.6%


An opportunity to design and build your own stand. Cost includes an area of exhibition space (NO power, walls or carpet).


3) New Supplier Zone (8 sqm) 

 This package is for suppliers NEW to the cruise industry or NEW to Seatrade Med.

Set rate: €2,900 + TVA @ 19.6%
(Please note there is no early-bird rate for New Supplier Zone)

This package includes a 8 sqm stand, white stand walls, fascia board with company name & stand number, carpet, 3 x spotlights, 1 x 2,200 watts socket, 1 counter, 2 stools, stand cleaning.
